Fees for this service are 9% (exc. VAT) of the initial fixed term tenancy.
Our comprehensive tenancy management gives you peace of mind, it’s where we excel and it’s our clients preferred option. We ensure that all your legal obligations as a Landlord are met, keep you updated and advise you on any changes or new Government guidelines in the rental sector, and ensure that utility accounts are registered correctly. We also include up to £200 per annum in minor maintenance works, the cost of the annual gas safety test (CP12) as well as the Tenancy Deposit Protection fee.
