Neel Patel at Macks Properties has been managing the tenancy of my flat for the past year. I always find Neel to be very helpful, reliable and thorough and provides exactly the sort of management that I was looking for.  

  Neel is by far the best estate agent I have dealt with ever. A genuinely nice guy, courteous, understanding and quick at communicating - very rare to come across in London. No hidden fees or costs, lame excuses or fake helpfulness - it really feels like Neel cares about you and he shows it. Had to relocate for work, otherwise would still be dealing with him. I hope to do so again in the future, would definitely recommend him.  

  Neel is fantastic nothing is ever too much trouble and everything is done in a timely efficient manner. He is by far the best agent I have used and we have used many over the years - as a customer you feel like you get a personal service and excellent value for money.
